Forum: forums Subject: Maximum upload speed (flash)

I need to upload some dozens of GB of files, and since FTP is not the fastest method according to http://www.archive.org/post/267549/stale-pureftpd-upload-file-blocks-checkin where a max upload bandwidth of 320 kB/s is mentioned, and I have some 20/30 Mb/s available, I'm trying the Flash method on Windows/Chrome.

Nonetheless, I can't go over 2 Mb/s; I'm constantly at this speed. Is this an IA limit and how can I avoid it? I have a ping of 192 ms here.
